BizLoc8 provides a local SEO platform that includes Google Business Profile management, bulk listing updates, review monitoring, competitor tracking, keyword ranking, performance analytics, and AI-powered content generation.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BizLoc8 grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes. You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell, or misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated tools without permission.
You retain ownership of all content and data you submit to BizLoc8. By providing content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process it solely for providing our services. You are responsible for ensuring your content is lawful, accurate, and complies with Google's policies. While we strive for accuracy, you are responsible for verifying data retrieved from third-party sources.
BizLoc8 offers various subscription plans with pricing available on our website. Fees are billed in advance (monthly or annually) and are generally non-refundable. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees. We may offer free trials that automatically convert to paid plans unless canceled. We may suspend access if payment fails.
BizLoc8 and its licensors own all rights to the Service, including software, design, trademarks, and documentation. If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them without compensation.

BizLoc8 connects to Google APIs and other platforms (like Bing Places) using your authorized credentials. Your use of Google-related features is subject to Google's Terms of Service and policies. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to BizLoc8 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizLoc8 from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of laws or third-party rights, or your content.
Before filing a claim, contact us at sales@bizloc8.ai to seek informal resolution. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. You agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class action.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BizLoc8 is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on our website. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access will cease, you will not receive refunds for prepaid fees, and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and BizLoc8. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We are not liable for failures due to force majeure events. These Terms do not create any partnership or agency relationship.
